To get them via hotline go to playstation.gameplayer.club or look for "Sony Playstation Fans Hotline server" in the server list.
If you want to use FTP go to ftp://playstation.gameplayer.club and use the "anonymous" setting of your FTP client or sign in as "ftp" and put any email address as the password. It does not have to exist.
